Trường Việt Ngữ Thăng Long (TVNTL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, cultural organization incorporated under the name Thang Long Vietnamese Education and Cultural Association (Thang Long VECA). Our school’s purpose is to preserve and promote the Vietnamese culture in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
